My most requested service has been to pair a dish with a wine. I find it equally fun to start with the wine selection and brainstorm different choices for an exciting food pairing!
I draw inspiration from everything around me. Each photo holds a story and memory—friends, challenges, passion, seasons, traditions, and, of course, spoons. I inherited a lot of spoons. What to do with them? I created a quatro of Lobster bites (see below).
